摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce circuit scale of a reset circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a reset circuit which outputs a reset signal indicating a reset instruction or reset cancel to a circuit using a power supply voltage in accordance with a voltage level of the power supply voltage, including: a voltage detection circuit for detecting whether the power supply voltage is higher than a predetermined first threshold level; a charging/discharging circuit which charges a capacitor in a case where the power supply voltage is higher than the first threshold level, and discharges the capacitor in a case where the power supply voltage is lower than the first threshold level, based on a detection result of the voltage detection circuit; and an MOS inverter circuit which changes the reset signal to one logic level indicating the reset instruction in a case where a voltage of the capacitor is lower than a predetermined second threshold level, and changes the reset signal to another logic level indicating the reset cancel in a case where the voltage of the capacitor is higher than the second threshold level. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p>
