<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: an aeration tank monitoring method where oxygen consumption rates of a mixed liquid of sludge and wastewater are measured at plurality of points along the flow-down direction of the aeration tank uses a comparison with a distribution set as the standard, therefor it cannot correctly judge the state of an aeration tank when the activity state of microorganisms is changed by a temperature change due to seasonal variation and the properties of an inflow load. <P>SOLUTION: A state where the plurality of oxygen consumption rates coincide with each other is judged as no load state. The value of the oxygen consumption rate judged as no load state is stored as the oxygen consumption rate of endogenous respiration. The stored oxygen consumption rate of endogenous respiration is compared with the plurality of oxygen consumption rates measured at the plurality of points to judge the state of the aeration tank. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
