<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a rush current when a power supply is fed, with a simple circuit configuration and control configuration. <P>SOLUTION: In a power supply control unit 20, a semiconductor switching element 15 is turned on/off, according to control signal Spc set in binary. The power supply control unit 20 turns on the semiconductor switching element 15, in place of a system main relay SMR1 during a specified period, immediately after a power supply is fed to supply a current from a battery 10 to a load 30. Meanwhile, when the specified period is expired, the semiconductor switching element 15 is turned off, and the system main relay SMR1 is turned on. The on-resistance of the semiconductor switching element 15 is designed to be a resistance value that is higher than that of the normal semiconductor switching element, so that charge current in a capacitor 42 which is to become the rush current, immediately after a power supply is fed, can be suppressed to a specified value or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
