PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the accuracy of fittings of a sliding door by increasing the rigidity of a movable hinge of a sliding door supporting device. SOLUTION: This sliding door supporting device is equipped with the movable hinge 10. The movable hinge 10 makes a vertical wall-including surface 102 and a loading surface 101 cross each other or positioned almost in parallel with each other on the side of the leading end 15 of the movable hinge 10. The vertical wall-including surface 102 includes a vertical wall 13 which constitutes a base end 11 of the movable hinge 10, and the loading surface 101 includes the oscillation axis line 311 of the movable hinge 10 and a fixed hinge 30, and a central point 220 of a supporting roller 22.
