PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain disagreement in antenna directivity even if a period from reception of a signal to transmission of the same is long. SOLUTION: A weight generating part 18 generates transmission weight vector based on a signal received from a terminal device via a plurality of antennas 10. A transmission array processing part 24 executes weighting for a signal to be transmitted by the generated transmission weight vector. An RF part 12 transmits the weighted signal from a plurality of antennas 10 to a terminal device. In the process, a control part 26 judges whether or not a period from reception of a signal from the terminal device to transmission of the signal to the terminal device is longer than a threshold value. When it is longer, the transmission array processing part 24 uses a specified weight vector for weighting instead of a weight vector generated in the weight generating part 18.
