PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which provides a high viewability for both people with normal color-vision and people with color-vision impairment and is superior in convenience. SOLUTION: Three panel keys are displayed in each of a monochromatic region 402 and a color region 403 of a color vision discrimination picture 4. Display in the monochromatic region 402 can be correctly read by both people with normal color-vision and people with color-vision impairment because of monochromatic display. Meanwhile, display in the color region 403 is so colored that it is difficult for the people with color-vision impairment to correctly read the display and it is easy for the people with normal color-vision to read the display. As a result, the people with color-vision impairment inevitably depress panel keys in the monochromatic region 402, and the people with normal color-vision depress panel keys in the monochromatic region 402 and the color region 403 as they like. A monochromatic picture is displayed in response to depression of a panel key in the monochromatic region 402, and a color picture is displayed in response to depression of a panel key in the color region 40.
