PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autoanalyzer capable of dispensing reagent using an arbitrary pump, regardless of the kind of reagent to be contained, while maintaining space saving property. SOLUTION: The autoanalyzer is constituted so that a specimen and the reagent are made to react in a reaction vessel 21 to measure the characteristics of the resulting reaction liquid; the specimen is analyzed on the, basis of the measuring result and equipped with a liquid sending part 34 for sending an operation fluid into a reagent container 31; and a control part 110 that controls the driving of the liquid sending part 34, corresponding to the reagent container 31 in which the reagent to be dispensed is housed to send a predetermined amount of the operation fluid into the reagent container 31 and indirectly pushes out the reagent in the reagent container 31, to dispense a predetermined amount of the reagent into the reaction vessel 21.
