PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallized film capacitor which has superior element winding property, superior withstand voltage and high reliability. SOLUTION: The metallized film capacitor is constituted by winding a first metal depositing film for capacitor, wherein a polymer film has a metal depositing layer at least on one side thereof, and a second metal depositing film for capacitor having the same constitution as the first metal depositing film, wherein the metal depositing layer is segmentalized by non-depositing slits, and a plurality of division electrodes and a fuse part connecting them are included. The surface roughness of the polymer film of the first metal depositing film on the side where the metal depositing layer is formed is smaller than that of the polymer film of the second metal depositing film on the side where the metal depositing layer is formed.
