PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove a circuit board of an electronic apparatus with its circuit board fixed in the posture perpendicular to the bottom surface of a housing. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus 1 includes a circuit board 2, a housing 3 for storing the circuit board 2, and substrate fixing sections 4, 5 for fixing the circuit board 2. The one substrate fixing section 4 is provided with an engaging section 41 to be engaged with a concave section 21 for engagement of the circuit board 2, while the other substrate fixing section 5 is provided with an engaging section 51 to be engaged with a concave section 22 for engagement of the circuit board 2. The circuit board 2 can be fixed by fitting the concave section 21 for engagement of the circuit board 2 to the engaging section 41, rotating the circuit board 2 around the engaging section 41 as a fulcrum, and locking the concave section 22 for engagement of the circuit board 2 with the engaging section 51. Moreover, the circuit board 2 can be removed by disengaging the circuit board 2 from the engaging section 51 and rotating the circuit board 2 in the inverted direction of that at the time of fixing around the engaging section 41 as the fulcrum.
