PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a frequency in access to a content relatively accurately. SOLUTION: When HTML page data including a link is requested from a mobile phone 1 to a web server 3, an identifier is generated (step 22), and the identifier is given to the link. An HTML page including the link having the identifier given thereto is generated (step 23) and is transmitted from the web server 3 to the mobile phone 1 (step 24). When a content in the link destination is requested (step 15), the content is transmitted to the mobile phone 1, and an access log is recorded (steps 26 and 27). The access log includes the identifier and the request for the content, and the frequency of access request to the content is only once when access logs have the same identifier. The frequency of access is counted once even when one content is divided and pluralized and the plurality of pieces are requested, and thus the access frequency can be calculated relatively accurately.
