PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically issue a print sheet to a guest who needs a print receipt with paper as a print medium among guests who receive the records of settlement as an electronic receipt. SOLUTION: Receipt reception information for instructing whether or not to receive a print receipt is set, and the set receipt reception information is stored in a portable terminal 8. A settlement processor 2 decides the validity/invalidity of issue of a print receipt based on receipt reception information stored in the portable terminal 8 in the case of settling commercial transaction, and when deciding that the issue of the print receipt is valid, makes a receipt issuing means issue a print receipt to which receipt information showing the content of the settled commercial transaction is outputted.
