The momentum by thermal motion of gas molecules is utilized. A structure (1) with a valve is provided with a basic body (2) having a front surface (2a), a back surface (2b) and a passage (22), which is opened on the front surface (2a) and the back surface (2b) and passes gas molecules. The structure is also provided with an opening/closing valve portion (4) arranged on the front surface (2a) and has the gas molecules passed through the passage (22) collide against the valve portion. In a state where the valve portion (4) is closed, assuming (1) P1 is a probability at which the gas molecules from the opening (22b) on the back surface (2b) pass through the passage (22) and collide against the valve portion (4) by performing thermal motion, thus opening the valve portion (4), and (2) P2 is a probability at which gas molecules flowing toward the front surface (2a) without passing through the passage (22) and collide against the valve portion (4) by performing thermal motion, thus opening the valve portion (4), the relation of P1>P2 is satisfied. |
