Provided is a board connector which suppresses signal skew without increasing the dimension of the connector in the depth direction and also suppresses signal crosstalk. In a board connector (10), each of a plurality of terminals (12) is provided with a horizontal section (22) connected to a cable terminal, and a drooping section (24), which is drooped from one end of the horizontal section (22) and connected to a signal pattern of a printed board. The terminals are arranged at two levels in the height direction, and drooping sections (24a) of the upper level terminals (12a) are arranged further in the depth direction than drooping sections (24b) of the lower level terminals (12b). The drooping sections (24b) of the lower level terminals (12b) are bent in the width direction, and the path length of the upper level terminal (12a) and that of the lower level terminal (12b) are permitted to be the same. The tips of the bent terminals (12b) in the width direction are stored in storing grooves (28) of an inner housing (14) wherein the base end portions of the drooping sections (24b) of the adjacent terminals are stored. |
