A shock-absorbing insole and footwear having the same are provided, in which the transmitted impact is relieved through buffer balls and the ventilation is made between the protruded buffer balls. A shock-absorbing insole comprises: a receiving groove(20) formed in the insole(40) at the constant interval; and buffer balls(10) which are inserted in the receiving groove and are formed so that the top can be protruded. The buffer ball of acupressure unit is greater than the other buffer balls. The buffer ball uses air ball and extension material. The diameter of the receiving groove is smaller than the diameter of the buffer ball. |
