VEHICULAR AIRBAG AND FOLDING METHOD OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular airbag and a folding method of the same capable of sufficiently and properly securing a protective operation for an occupant with a new folding form.

SOLUTION: The vehicular airbag is provided in a vehicle and has a bag body 1 formed with a hole part 4 to which gas is introduced from an inflator, and developed and inflated from a folded state toward a front passenger side by the gas introduced through the hole part 4. The folding form of the bag body 1 is made such that a precedent winding part 7 formed by winding the bag body 1 in a direction crossing a lateral direction of the vehicle is folded in a pair of following winding parts 8 formed by winding the bag body 1 respectively in a left direction and a right direction.
