<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package structure enabling production of a tofu designed for children to have an objective shape of a fruit, a vegetable, fish or shellfish or the like to give variety to the tofu. <P>SOLUTION: The package structure is as follows: the bottom side 2 and also the lid each of a container 1 is provided with irregularity corresponding to a pattern of a fruit, a vegetable, or fish or shellfish; and the four corners of the lid are formed so that collars 5 rise up respectively. Soy milk solution for the tofu is poured into the container and coagulated into the tofu having the objective shape. A film is applied to the edge 3 of the container to be sealed so as to keep the tofu sanitary. The patterned tofu is taken out from the container and fried with cooking oil at its surface, the tofu whose volume is shrunk is put into a container fitting to the fried tofu, and the film is applied to the edge of the container to be sealed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
