<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of enhancing silent property, and reducing the number of parts and man-hours for assembly. <P>SOLUTION: A manual feed tray 30 consists of a fixed tray 301, the first extension tray 302 which can be stored in the fixed tray 301, and the second extension tray 303 which can be stored in the first extension tray 302. The tray is arranged so as to be closed and opened between a closed state where an opening 10a of a case body 10 is closed and an opened state where the opening 10a is opened. The tray is formed by a noise absorbing material 31 for absorbing noise, and an outer wall 32 including the absorbing material 31. Three noise insulation panels 3011, 3012, 3013 among four noise insulation panels 3011, 3012, 3013, 3021 which are provided so as to close the opening 10a of the outer part of the case body 10 are formed as a part of the fixed tray 301 when the tray is in the closed state.
