PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a position with high precision even in a house where radiowave of GPS can not be received, or a place out of a communication area of a cellular phone, in which a base station of the cellular phone is not installed.

SOLUTION: This radio information communication system 100 has: a plurality of relay devices 2 relaying signals transmitted by a plurality of radio sensors 1 movably arranged in the communication area 9; and a monitoring device 3 which monitors the signals relayed by the relay devices, and is provided with a sensor network which performs communication by IEEE 802. 15. 4 standard. An analysis device 4 is connected to the monitoring device by radio or cable. A data base is attached to the analysis device. Each signal transmitted by the radio sensor includes ID information about the radio sensor. The relay device identifies an ID of the radio sensor and intensity of the signals transmitted from the radio sensor. Positions of the respective radio sensors are detected by information by every ID of the radio sensors preliminarily stored in the data base.
