<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing apparatus of two component developing system, capable of reducing dispersion of image density. <P>SOLUTION: The developing device 13 comprises a developing roller 15 having a developing sleeve 32 and a magnet roller 33; a developer supply member 14 for supplying a two component developer 26 containing magnetic carrier and toner to the developing roller 15; a regulating blade 16; and a reinforcement member 28A for canceling distortion caused in a longitudinal center part of the developing roller 15. The reinforcement member 28A is provided to abut on the longitudinal center part of the developing sleeve 32, and comprises a contact member 30 which scrapes off the two component developer 26 supported on the outer surface of the longitudinal center part of the developing sleeve 32 and a contact member 30 provided on the downstream side of the contact member 30 in the rotating direction of the developing sleeve 32 to contact with the longitudinal center part of the developing sleeve 32 from which the binary developer 26 is scraped off. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
