<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam cooker for maintaining a super low oxygen condition in which the concentration of oxygen is 0.1% or so by reducing friction between a rotating shaft and a packing to improve the air tightness, and to provide its manufacturing method, and the packing having improved close contact property by reducing the friction of the rotating shaft inserted therethrough. <P>SOLUTION: The packing 83 has an insertion hole 83a into which the rotating shaft 81a is inserted. The packing 83 has a sliding contact portion 83b outside to form a cavity 83c. The rotating shaft 81a is inserted into the insertion hole 83a in the state that grease G is applied to the peripheral face thereof. When the rotating shaft 81a is inserted therein, the grease G is ripped by the sliding contact portion 83b and sufficiently reserved in the cavity 83c. Thus, friction noises and friction heat between the rotating shaft 81a and the packing 83 are reduced and so the sliding contact portion 83b can be made in close contact with the rotating shaft 81a to improve the air tightness. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
