<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a joined resin member from being colored and largely reduce the running cost by reducing the usage of an expensive laser beam absorbing material. <P>SOLUTION: A set of two sheet-like members 3, 4 having permeability to the laser light attaching the laser beam absorbing material 5 on the facing surface is overlapped on the upper surface of the overlapped resin members 1, 2 to be welded. The laser light 8 is irradiated from the above of a pressure pallet 6 to generate heat for the laser beam absorbing material 5 in such a state that the pressure pallet 6 is overlapped and pressurized on the sheet-like members 3, 4.
