<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the output of an audio signal to a plurality of respective zones the individual monophonic outputs for each zone, in an audio signal output device equipped with a surround function by a plurality of channels. <P>SOLUTION: An AV receiver 1 includes switch circuits 51, 52, 53 and monaural conversion parts 96, 97, 98 corresponding to respective zones Z2, Z3, Z4. An output terminal having one or more channels is allocated to each zone. The monaural conversion parts 96, 97, 98 have respectively a first mode wherein a signal of each channel supplied from the input terminal selected by a zone selector 58 and the switch circuits 51, 52, 53 is supplied to the channel corresponding to the output terminals, and have a second mode wherein the signal component of each channel supplied from the input terminal selected by the zone selector 58 and the switch circuit 51, 52, 53 is mixed to create a monaural signal to supply the created monaural signal in common to each channel of the output terminals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
