PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To read card data from a plurality of stacked cards 50 in a card game where a game progresses by reading card data stored in the cards 50.

SOLUTION: The card 50 is formed in such a state that the card data storage areas in the other stacked cards are transparent. A game device 10 extracts card data stored in the storage areas exposed to the rear side of a flat panel 16a among the card data stored in a plurality of stacked cards 50 mounted on the flat panel 16a, saves the extracted card data in a memory 14, and controls the progress of the game based on the saved card data.
