<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sufficient strength at the time of processing in a thin sheet in consideration of necessity of fixing force between paper and base film for an RFID for firmly fixing the RFID, and also to provide integration of the paper and the base film for a RFID. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of openings penetrating so as to make paper fibers mutually twine around with the front and back of the paper sheet are arranged in positions not blocking semiconductor chips on the film so as to firmly fix a narrow beltlike film where a semiconductor chip having a plurality of built-in memories and antenna wiring is glued on one face of the film and front and back sides of the paper sheet by making a paper so as to make the paper fibers mutually twine around. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
