SOLUTION: This automatic calling system is provided with: a first terminal state information generation part (1a) which generates first terminal state information (5a) representing a state of a first terminal to a condition of first call condition information (4a); a first call propriety information generation part (2a) which compares the first call condition information with the first terminal state information to generate first terminal call propriety information (6a); a second terminal state information generation part (1b) which generates second terminal state information (5b) representing a state of a second terminal to a condition of second call condition information (4b); a second call propriety information generation part (2b) which compares the second call condition information with the second terminal state information to generate second terminal call propriety information (5b); and a call control part (3) which calls to all the terminals when all the pieces of call propriety information regarding the first and second terminals can be called.
