PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector device capable of preventing shield performance from being deteriorated. SOLUTION: This connector device is equipped with contact parts 31, 44 disposed while overlapping each other when they are mounted to a housing 10 in a first shield shell 30 and a second shield shell 40, through holes 32, 45 formed in the contact part 31 of the first shield shell 30 and in the contact part 44 of the second shield shell 40 so that one screw 60 can be passed through them, and a nut installing part 16 which is provided in a section facing the through holes 32, 45 in the housing 10, and in which a nut 50 can be installed in a posture allowing screwing of the screw 60 passing through the through holes 32, 45.
