PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground maintenance device which can positively prevent uneven leveling of the ground during maintenance work of the ground, and quickly carries out the maintenance work. SOLUTION: The ground maintenance device 1 is formed of: a tractor 10; a working mechanism 3 having a rake 34 grounded on the ground G to carry out the maintenance work of the ground G, and an arm portion 31 for supporting the rake 34; a link mechanism 2 linking the tractor 10 and the arm portion 31 to each other; and an elevating means 4 for elevating/lowering the link mechanism 2. The link mechanism 2 is constituted of a three-point link 2a which presses the rake 34 to the ground G via the arm portion 31 when elevated by an action of the elevating means 4.
