PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat plate structure, capable of easily erecting a fixed pole without shaking to thereby attain reduction in cost by simple assembling work and improvement in reliability of a seat plate fixing structure. SOLUTION: In a key seat 100 having a back plate 13 formed of a resin material and closely contacting with a door surface 11a, a decorative plate 15 covering the back plate 13, and a fixing pole 19 formed of a resin material, erected on a door close contact surface 17 of the back plate 13, and inserted to a door 11, a fixing through-hole is bored in the back plate 13 to insert the fixed pole 19, and a falling-rotation regulating means 43 is provided extending over the fixing through-hole and the fixed pole 19 to regulate the dropping-out of the fixed pole 19 inserted to the fixing through-hole and also the relative rotation thereof. The falling-rotation regulation means 43 can be composed of a rectangular hole provided in the back plate 13 with the fixing through-hole being at the center, a rectangular collar plate 47 provided at the base end of the fixed pole 19 and fitted to the rectangular hole, and a pair of elastic locking pieces 49 provided respectively at both longitudinal ends of the rectangular hole and engagingly locked by the collar plate 47.
