PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve riding comfort of a railway rolling stock mounted with a vehicle body tilting control system. SOLUTION: In this vehicle body tilting control system 10 of the railway rolling stock 1, pairs of air springs 5A and 5B, 6A and 6B are interposed on right and left sides in relation to an advancing direction between a truck 3 and a vehicle body 2, and the vehicle body 2 can be tilted by controlling the height of each of the air springs 5A, 5B, 6A and 6B. The vehicle body tilting control system 10 is provided with air spring height detecting sensors 11A, 12A, 11B and 12B for detecting an air spring height Z, a supply/discharge air command control part 19 performing a feedback control of the air spring height Z based on an air spring height command value Z<SB>cmd</SB>, while detecting the air spring height Z by the air spring height detecting sensors 11A, 12A, 11B and 12B, and state estimating observers 20A, 20B, 21A and 21B for estimating vertically relative acceleration between the vehicle body 2 and the truck 3. The supply/discharge air command control part 19 feeds back the vertically relative acceleration between the vehicle body 2 and the truck 3 obtained by the state estimating observers 20A, 20B, 21A and 21B to an input side of a feedback control and imparts a an attenuation action to fluctuation of the air spring height Z.
