PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilizing filling system for performing heat sterilization-cooling, using a dedicated cup for filling solids and sterilizing through steam, and having a simplified system, and quickening speed of processes from heat sterilization-cooling to filling. SOLUTION: This solid sterilizing filling system comprises a step of sterilization treating, in a chamber, solids individually divided in a sterilization dedicated cup, a step of transferring, in a sterile environment, the sterilized solids from the sterilization dedicated cup to a filling container, and a step of sealing the container filled with the solids in the sterile environment. At least 2 of the sterilization chambers are arranged, and the sterilization dedicated cups into which the sterilized solids are put are sequentially delivered to the sterile environment by a plurality of cups.
