The mounting structure for a speaker comprises a speaker (20), a pair of latches (10, 11) formed in a projecting form on both adjacent sides of a predetermined mounting area in the panel (1), and a frame member (30) which is fixed and locked with the pair of latches (10, 11), with the speaker (20) being pressed against the predetermined mounting area.
