A hot/cold water supplier having an ice-making function includes a circulation pipe extended from a cold water tank to an immersion-type ice-making unit; a circulation/water-taking pump mounted to the circulation pipe to supply a cold water stored in the cold water tank to the immersion-type ice-making unit or allow a user to take the cold water; a cold water pipe diverged from the circulation pipe at a position between the circulation/water-taking pump and the immersion-type ice-making unit; and a valve mounted to the cold water pipe to control opening/closing of the cold water pipe. The hot/cold water supplier is more stable and allows a design with a smaller size in comparison to a conventional one, and an amount of cold water supplied to a user may become uniform regardless of a level of cold water in the cold water tank.
