The dispenser has a housing (1) whose bottom (2) comprises a housing opening (3), and a housing mantle (5) that is transparent or translucent. A lubricant reservoir (6) and a gas generator (7) are arranged in the housing for pressing the lubricant via the opening. The housing mantle has a barrier layer (8) with a polymer base substance (9), which is a thermoplastic polymer or a thermoplastic polymer mixture, and an admixture of layer substances (10) which is inorganic. The lubricant proportion of the layer substances in the barrier layer ranges between 1-10 weight percentages. |
