<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas cleaning method and a gas cleaning apparatus for efficiently collecting a treating object compound containing an aldehyde group contained in a treating object gas by a gas cleaning material and enabling the treating object compound to be hardly redesorbed from the gas cleaning material. <P>SOLUTION: The gas cleaning apparatus 100 is provided with a gas-liquid mixing tank 110 containing a treating solution 200 containing diglycolamine 201 and water, and mixing treating object gas containing acetaldehyde 301 with the treating solution 200. In the gas-liquid mixing tank 110, the treating solution 200 is brought into contact with the treating object gas to react the amino group of diglycolamine 201 with the aldehyde group of acetaldehyde 301 to thereby remove acetaldehyde 301 from the treating object gas, and to enable taking-in of acetaldehyde 301 into the treating solution 200. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
