<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which enables the decomposition of cyanogen compounds in cyanide-containing wastewater with a low-cost and simple method, and to provide a method which can prevent a failure in treatment of the cyanide-containing wastewater. <P>SOLUTION: A method for purifying cyanide-containing wastewater comprises the first process for adding rice bran 113 to cyanide-containing wastewater 106 to decompose at least a part of cyanogen compounds, and the second process for treating the cyanide-containing wastewater 106 to which the rice bran 113 has been added in an activated sludge aeration tank 107. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
