<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable travel information to be erased by intention of a user, while making the travel information not erased easily. <P>SOLUTION: A travel information erasure control unit 26 erases a part or whole of the travel information recorded in a buffer 23 and a recording unit 24 when an instruction of erasure of the travel information is inputted via an input unit 25, then supplies information indicating that the erasure of the travel information is completed, to an erasure history record control unit 27, a face recognizing unit 28, a notifying unit 29, and an alarm unit 30. The erasure history record control unit 27 records erasure history indicating that at least the time when the travel information is erased, into the recording unit 24.
