PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a fixing target component to be stably attached to a metallic member. SOLUTION: An attachment member includes: a tabular member 25 as a contact member which has an area larger than a through hole 16 provided in a sheet metal member 15 as the metallic member and has a contact face 25A being in contact with a rear face 15A of the sheet metal member 15; and a boss 3 which projects a screw hole 3A into which a screw 10 is to be fitted, from a front face 15B of the sheet metal member 15 and is screwed by the screw 10 in a state of being inserted to a fixing hole 7 provided in a speaker box 6, to hold the sheet metal member 15 and the periphery of the fixing hole 7 between a screw head 10A of the screw 10 and the contact face 25A.
