PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized/lightweight radio wave absorber excellent in radio wave absorbing performance. SOLUTION: A pair of FSS element arrangement plates 5 that block a specific frequency and are mutually angled is assembled in a three-dimensional structure with a sharpened tip of hollow wedge (or pyramid) to configure a matching radio wave absorber 3. The absorber 3 is combined with a tile-type radio absorber 6, and bottoms of the three-dimensional structure are laminated upwardly and downwardly on the plate surface of a plate in a ferrite sintered structure of the absorber 6 of the absorber 3.
