PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a decorative metal plate having no adverse influence on environment by generating poisonous matter like dioxin or pollutant like hydrogen chloride when incinerated for disposal, having superior bending workability, design, design durability, and weather resistance. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method comprises processes of: forming an adhesive layer 5 by applying an adhesive on one face of a metal plate 4 and drying the adhesive; abutting a colored acrylic resin film of laminated film having the colored acrylic resin film 2, a printed layer 3 provided thereon and transparent acrylic resin film 1 on the adhesive layer by heating the metal plate, and heat-adhering using a pair of laminating rolls; forming emboss recessed parts having deep emboss recessed parts 7 reaching the printed layer and colored acrylic resin film and shallow emboss recessed parts by emboss rolls to the surface of the transparent acrylic resin film by heating the metal plate; and cooling the laminated body after embossing.
