<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inventory management system, accurately checking current inventory in storage containers at remote locations without the need of the inventory of the storage containers by manual at each locations, unlike the actual condition in which on-site storage containers for raw material may be installed at various locations, and a person has to go to the storage container for measuring a volume of material in the container and determining whether or not the additional material should be shipped to the storage container. <P>SOLUTION: A method of managing inventory of admixture and additive material for concrete, grout and mortar in the storage containers at remote locations is provided. A level indicator inventories the storage containers. The level or volume of material in the storage container is measured and transmitted to a database via a wireless system. The database can be queried to determine whether or not material should be shipped to the storage container.
