PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parasol and a beach parasol for protecting a human body from the heat disorder supposed to increase in future and ultraviolet lights. SOLUTION: The conventional parasols cut off the direct sunlight and reduce the harmful ultraviolet lights, however, to intensify the protection of the human body from the temperature rise and the harmful ultraviolet lights due to the global environmental change, a mechanism 1 for blowing air to the inside of the parasol structure is attached thereto to suppress the temperature rise of the user, and the parasol is formed into a dual structure as an auxiliary mechanism to reduce the arrival of the heat and the ultraviolet lights to the human body by an outer parasol and an inner parasol 10.
