PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable storage bag having high decorative property and convenience as well as being folded and stored into a compact shape by improving conventional portable storage bags which are put in a bag or folded and fastened with a bag mouth cover and stored in a compact shape. SOLUTION: In the portable storage bag, a handle-cum-strip (or the respective of them) is inserted into a mesh of the bag, a hole formed in the bag or a string passage to narrow a body storage part into a flower shape.
