PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of no effective means for avoiding the possibility that people suffer health damage from electromagnetic wave emitted from the electromagnetic power of electronic devices used at any situations of human life. SOLUTION: An operation part is activated by a power generator of fluid drive, instead of conventional electromagnetic power, and an electric fluid energy generator giving energy to the power generator of the above fluid drive is set apart from a human body with a constant distance in order to curb the influence of electromagnetic wave.
