PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire maintaining wet grip performance and having excellent rolling resistance. SOLUTION: This tire has a conductive layer provided between a tread part 7 and a breaker part 9, and a carcass 10. The conductive layer is constituted of a first conductive layer 4 provided between a carcass ply constituting the carcass 10, a side-wall side edge part of breaker rubber and a side-wall part 8, a second conductive layer 5 which is in contact with the first conductive layer 4 and is provided in a part or all between tread rubber 7 and carcass rubber 10, and a pen rubber layer 6 continuous to the second conductive layer 5 and a surface of the tread part 7. The carcass ply is provided with a carcass cord and a rubber layer. The carcass cord is made of conductive fibers including conductive fibers of 0.5 mass% to 20 mass%, has volume resistivity of 1×10<SP>8</SP>Ωcm or less and has a structure in contact with a clinch part 3, a chafer part 2 and the first conductive layer 4.
