PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for a fender liner in which the integration molding of the fender liner is enabled without performing undercut processing when a shape of the fender liner is undercut and in which the fender liner does not damage a fender panel at the vehicle assembling of the fender liner and at vehicle traveling after assembling. SOLUTION: A front liner 12 and a rear liner 14 are integrally molded in a connected state by an integral hinge 16, and an overlapped portion 18 overlapped with each other when it is bent in a form of a mounted state to the vehicle is formed on the front liner 12 and the rear liner 14. Fastening holes 20 coincident with each other in the form of the mounted state to the vehicle are formed at the overlapped portion 18, and the front liner 12 and the rear liner 14 are fixed to the form in the mounted state to the vehicle by inserting and attaching a rivet 22 formed of resin to the fastening hole 20.
