In a composition comprising reduced coenzyme Q10 and at least one oily component selected from the group consisting of an oil-and-fat, a fatty acid, a wax and a surfactant, the weight-based ratio of the amount of reduced coenzyme Q10 to the amount of the oily component is adjusted to 1/4 or more when the composition takes a liquid form and is adjusted to 1/9 or more when the composition takes a solid form, thereby preventing the oxidation of reduced coenzyme Q10 into oxidized coenzyme Q10 by the action of molecular oxygen. Thus, provided are: a composition containing reduced coenzyme Q10, which is useful as a medicine, a food, a cosmetic, a veterinary medicine, a feed or the like; and a method for stabilizing the composition.
