A communication method has a step in which a radio base station device (b) transmits report information for notifying a first area and a second area, and a step in which a first mobile terminal, if the first area included in the report information is different from that stored as a current position registered area, transmits a first position registration request signal for the first area to a radio controller (c) and in which a second mobile terminal, if the second area included in the report information is not included in a second area group stored as the current position registered area, transmits a second position registration request signal for the second area to the radio controller (c).
