The stability of hinged joint, such as knee joint, elbow joint or knuckle joint, is increased to thereby prevent any damaging of the ligament or soft tissue of the hinged joint and enhance the functionality of joint movement. There is disclosed a tubular supporter of stretch material. The supporter at its right and left side faces is provided with, abutted on each other in crosswise opposed relationship, first arcuate elastic materials (3a,3b) and second arcuate elastic materials (4a,4b). On a line through right and left abuttal points (6a,6b) thereof, there is provided a supporting point axis (7) for individual joint parts in the stretch or shrink of hinged joint, such as knee joint, elbow joint or knuckle joint. The abuttal points (6a,6b) of the first arcuate elastic materials (3a,3b) and second arcuate elastic materials (4a,4b) of the right and left side faces are slid in conformity with any shift of the supporting point axis (7) by the stretch or shrink of individual joint parts. |
