The motor has a rotor including a recessed area arranged in a peripheral direction, where the rotor is arranged between the recessed area and a pole area (4). A stator winding is accomplished in a single tap winding, and a magnetic cross direction (Xq) is pronounced by the recessed area during schematic execution of the recessed area by a respective symmetry panel. The recessed area is respectively formed from a group (2) of individual recesses (3). A stator includes a laminated core (1) that includes an adjusted single tap arranged in circumferential direction radially to the rotor.
