<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an airtight terminal for which the eccentricity of a lead especially is prevented and reliability for the connecting position of a piezoelectric vibration piece is improved, the airtight terminal, a manufacturing method of a piezoelectric vibrator which can be miniaturized, the piezoelectric vibrator, an oscillator, an electronic device, and a radio-controlled timepiece further. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the airtight terminal comprises an assembling and firing process of inserting a rod-like material to be the lead into a ring, firing it in the state and forming an airtight terminal intermediate body 4a for which the rod-like material is fixed inside the ring, a process of collapsing the end part on the inner lead part side in the rod-like material 13a of the airtight terminal intermediate body 4a and forming a step part 15c, and a process of cutting the end part of the step part 15c and forming it into a prescribed shape. In the assembling and firing process, a solid round rod longer than the lead is used as the rod-like material 13a, and one end side 15b to be the inner lead part of the rod-like material 13a is inserted into the ring 12 so as to be longer than the inner lead part in the airtight terminal as a finished product. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
